Our customers are protected under the Fair Credit Billing Act. This law gives consumers the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill. In general, consumers are held liable only for the first $50.00 of fraudulent charges on their credit card. If this is the result of a security breach by Eagle Sports, llc., Eagle Sports, llc. will reimburse the consumer their $50.00. This is not an obligation that is forced upon us, We do this because we are very confident in our security system.

CT residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

We always attempt to ship the same business day. If for any reason we are unable to ship the same day, 2nd Day Air orders recieved after 3PM may not be shipped until the following day, so orders may take up to 3 business days for delivery.

APO orders will be charged $20.00 for a single club and $30.00 for multiple clubs, this will be added onto the order and will not show in the shopping cart.

Currently, we are unable to ship orders during weekend hours. Orders received after 3PM Friday afternoon will not ship until Monday.
